Hailing from the East Coast, Laai is an up-and-coming indie-pop duo. Brothers Stephen and Mark L’Italien have been writing and producing music together since mid-2013. With musical roots as drummers, they decided to bring their love of groove, songwriting, and catchy melodies from their basement to the mainstream. Inspired by artists and producers such as Jon Bellion, Max Martin, and Virtual Riot, their genre-blending style is sure to have something for everyone.

2020 brought major changes in the direction of Laai. After an impromptu performance for American singer-songwriter Jon Bellion, Stephen began pursuing the role of lead vocalist for the group in hopes that they would be able to take their music to the main-stage. Leading off 2021 with their single ‘Lonely’ from their debut album ‘Fix Yourself,’ they reached more than 100,000 listeners and over 500,000 streams.
